Maybe Winter isn't so Bad?

Gilbert sighed as he watched the snow fall another incredibly snowy day and Oz wanted him to...
"C'mon! Gilbert!!!" He tugged at one of Gils arms,"please?"
Gilbert looked down at the desperate child he was already dressed in his snow clothes.
"Gil!" Oz whined.
The sound of his name on Ozs lips made him blush and he wasn't quite sure why it always did...he chose to ignore it.
Gilbert finally gave in and followed Oz outside,right when he stepped outside he felt a shiver,so cold...
Gil heard a splat as he saw Oz faceplanted into the snow.
"Oz!" Gil sounded alarmed.
"It's perfectly fine Gil!" Oz got up onto his knees,the snow really was deep.
"It's snow so it doesn't hurt!" Oz smiled up at Gil.
Gilbert bent down showing a gentle,yet worried, smile as  he reached down to place his hand on Ozs cheek,"But isn't it cold?"
Oz  blushed Gil smile was beautiful and kind,"Not anymore,because Gils hand and presence is so warm..." Oz leaned a bit more into the hand.
Gil blushed and pulled his hand away slowly.
Oz got up brushing the snow off his knees.
He started to make a big snowball.
"Please don't hit me with that Oz..." Gilbert sighed.
Oz grinned,"I wasn't going to,I'm making a SnowGil."
"SnowGil?" Gilbert took a moment to figure out what he meant,"Me?"
Oz nodded then started to work on the middle ball,placing it on top of the other.
Gilbert smiled as he watch Oz happily make the head and place it on the very top,he proceeded to watch Oz the whole 20 minutes it took him to make the snowman. He couldn't help it, his snow clothes were just the right shades to make his eyes seem like they were sparkling.
Maybe this winter would be alright.
Gilbert looked shocked at the fact he didn't have his hat anymore,"Oz?"
Oz placed the hat on top of the snowmans head," It's Gilbert the snowman!...Darn, i was hoping he would come to life and start singing..."
"That's quite frightening Oz..." But Gilbert let out a small giggle which seemed to make Oz happy.
Oz skipped over to Gil,"Now make a SnowOz!"
Gilbert looked at Oz questioningly then walked over to a patch of snow and started to make a small little ball for the bottom.
He continued to finish the Oz,"...there you go"
Oz laughed,Gil really didn't have any skills with snow,"Well, I'm looking beautiful"
Oz went over with a red ribbon tying it around the neck of the SnowOz,"There! Now you know its me!"
He also grabbed two sticks arranging the right hand so it was holding the snowgils left hand.
When he was finished he looked up at Gil and smiled,"Done!"
He then took the hat off of the snowgils head and grinned as he ran for the door of the house,"Hey! Oz!" He was almost in the house to chase him but he stopped for a moment to look back at the snowmen and smiled.
"Come on Gil!! I've got the stove on im gonna burn your hat!" Oz had a teasing tone in his voice.
"Oz!" He turned back to the door and ran in leaving the snowmen behind,He already knew this winter wouldn't be so bad afterall.
